Throwing programs:

Ben Villines has developed velocity gaining throwing programs over the last 5 years, with hundreds of players experiencing remarkable velocity growth. The programs are structured in 3-month increments, with a monthly fee of $250 for the 13-week period. With sessions running 5 days a week, the daily cost averages at $11.53.
