Paul Skenes: The world's number one pitching prospect made his MLB debut Saturday. In his debut he went 4 innings giving up 3 runs and tallying 7 strikeouts. Most notably, Skenes threw 17 pitches over 100 MPH.

Braves nearly miss combined no-no: Braves lose a no-hitter with one out to go against the Mets. Max Fried threw a masterful sevin no-hit innings before Rasiel Iglesias gave up a two out homer in the 9th.

The Dominant Dodgers Offense: Roughly a quarter through the season the Dodgers have the best offense by a big margin. Averaging 5.36 runs per game they almost score twice as much as the last place White Sox.

The Elite Astros Bullpen is Struggling: Despite possessing 3 elite relievers in Josh Hader, Bryan Abreu and Ryan Pressly the bullpen is falling short. Entering Saturday, Josh Hader had a 5.29 ERA, Abreu had a 3.79 and Pressly had a 5.65 ERA.

Josh Hader has already given up more earned runs than he did all last year in 39 less innings.
